Returns and Refunds Policy
E-Books, meditation audios and other downloadable software products are non-refundable.
Courses and Food Diaries: If you sincerely use the product as directed for at least 21 days and are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will refund 100% of your purchase in the form of a store credit. To be eligible, refund must be requested within 60 days of purchase. We may ask to see your food diary entries or progress through the course, if you purchased a course. Store credit expires after 365 days.
Physical products: At this time physical products are made to order. To be eligible to return a physical item, the item must be unused, in new condition and in its original packaging. Refunds are available up to 10 days after the item was delivered. Shipping costs are not refundable. Purchaser is responsible for the shipping and shipping costs to return the item. Refund is provided after we receive and inspect the item. To initiate a return, please email us at email@example.com.
Private Coaching Sessions are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so with the link provided in your confirmation email at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be refunded.
